Terms of Use

Last updated: [INSERT DATE]

1. Not a law firm; no attorney-client relationship

CaseReview is a lead generation and matching service, not a law firm or a lawyer referral service regulated as such. We do not review your submission for legal merit, do not provide legal advice, and do not guarantee that any Legal Provider will contact you, take your case, or achieve any particular result. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using this site or submitting the form.

2. How the service works

Information you submit is transmitted to a third-party lead network, which may in turn transmit it to one or more independent Legal Providers who determine, in their own discretion, whether to contact you. CaseReview does not select which specific attorney or firm will contact you and is not responsible for the conduct, advice, fees, or services of any Legal Provider you're connected with.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and submitting information about your own legal matter (or a matter you are authorized to submit on behalf of, such as a family member) to use this site.

4. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate, current information. Providing false or fraudulent information may result in your submission being rejected and may violate other applicable laws.

5. Consent to be contacted

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted as described in that consent language and in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. No guarantee of outcome

We make no representation or warranty about the outcome of any legal matter, the qualifications of any Legal Provider, or whether you will be matched with a Legal Provider at all.

7. Limitation of liability

[INSERT your standard limitation-of-liability / disclaimer-of-warranties language, reviewed by counsel for enforceability in your operating states.]

8. Governing law and disputes

[INSERT governing law, venue, and — if desired — arbitration clause, reviewed by counsel.]

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Contact us

[INSERT company legal name, mailing address, and contact email/phone.]
